Create a Room OS APP as an alternate to Touch 10

Create a Room OS APP as an alternate to Touch 10 to allow wireless connectivity to Controls. Would be a simple webapp that can register as a peripheral controls device and may reduce/eliminate 3rd party device controllers with wireless capabilities. The webpage can be hosted from the RoomOS and can also consider other mobile devices in roadmap with limited controls.
