Option to Save WebChat Transcripts at Agent Desktop

WebChat sessions are full of valuable comments, questions and follow-up actions. Unless I remember to cut/paste or screenshot, that valuable data is lost. For auditing purpose also transcripts required to be saved from agent desktop.

So Agents should be able to save WebChat transcripts
