User Community Feedback

Customer use the Broadcloud Premium licence to have access to Conferencing. But some do not want to use the Instant Messaging. They use other tool(s). They don't want their users spread over several tools. We are loosing important sales opportunity because we cannot disable the Instant Messaging feature. However, they don't need to disable Presence. They wish to see "Busy" on Microsoft Teams when on a voice call.
