XAPI should support "Send Email"

Hello,


currently it is not possible to send a mail via XAPI even though, that the device can send emails.

XAPI should get a new method to use the configured smtp settings to send a custom e-mail.
That way it would be possible to send some custom notification emails on certain events are simple button presses.
