Make Live Captioning Separately Available in Webex Meetings from WAM

Live Captioning is available via Webex Assistant for Meetings, however many users do not require the advanced features of Webex Assistant.

For accessibility/exclusivity/equality reasons Live Captioning is required for meetings to allow all users to attend Webex meetings.

This request is to include only the Live Captioning feature for Webex Meetings (and Events) by default.

This feature is available for Microsoft Teams, and is driving hosts to use that platform to ensure all participants can attend.
