Redirecting the call to a number after playing a prompt without pressing menu option

We have had many customers requesting an IVR wherein during after hours, they will play a prompt then redirect the call to number without pressing menu option. It is very difficult to fulfill the customer requirement because of this limitation. We are always stuck in this situation. Please provide this option in future release, "Redirecting the call to a number after playing a prompt without pressing menu option. "

    It is on roadmap. Tentatively planned for FY25Q1

    This is already in the product. You need to set one (any) of the options to Transfer call to operator
    The only downside is that this take 10 seconds to timeout without pressing a menu options to transfer. So the best would be to set the time to reduce this to a configurable value.
