Be able to update the Messaging App space cover image via the API

We use the App spaces for Incidents. It would be useful to as a way of indicating the severity of an incident if the space cover image could be changed based on the severity of the incident via the Hydra API, basically, add this option to https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/rooms/update-a-room
