CCP email headers do not display in selected language

For CCP/SocialMiner with the language pack installed, the emails headers such as Subject are only displayed in English. Optimaly this should be in the selected language. The reason for the idea is that if the below bill passes in Quebec, it would make it against the law in that city to not have the option to display these objects in French making CCP/Socialminer for email unusable. This is the bill:
