Soft key configuration options for SPA500 series phones

add a configuration option to allow programmable softkeys for the "call park" and "park pickup"

Or alternatively MACRO keys where a recorded output can be programmed to the key so that call code entry can be automated for repeated tasks.


i.e. press buttons 1-3-3-2-* in sequence when pressing "Softkey 5"
