I would really appreciate this kind of feature because this makes Webex actually competitive with the users to other better alternatives like Slack and Discord.
Webex is starting to date itself and you can see the age, especially with a non-minimalist design.
We need this feature! It's not a super difficult thing to implement, especially when it can be embedded as normal pictures at the very least, like the other competitors do.
Why are we behind on a really good feature that helps teams to become stronger and closer?

I would like the ability to add custom Emoji's. Standardized collaboration is important across different platforms and Slack and other chat platforms support this capability today.

I would like to be able for administrators to add their own custom emoji or gifs to Control Hub, which will be available to the organization's employees in Webex Teams.
