Persist window pop outs when meeting changes

Currently if you pop out the chat or participants window, if there is a change to the meeting host or sharing starts / stops, the windows are un-popped (returned in to the app).

The windows should stay where positioned by the user, regardless of the meeting host or content change.

Even better, these settings should persist across meetings.
