(Merged) Get notified when a selected Person gets available. Merged

I want to sync with someone, but they didn't yet start working (offline) or they are in a meeting (busy).

I want to be able to add a flag to that person and get notified when they change their status to available.

Once they are available and the notification was dispatched, the flag resets itself.

Possible implementations:

Add to the menu when right-clicking someone
Add a button on the chat-view with this person
