Windows11 automatically mutes music on incoming call, Webex does not

For example, when listening to Youtube over a headset, and incoming calls are offered on Webex, Youtube is not muted.

Hi Roekel, I think you are talking about the "Audio Ducking" feature of Windows OS.
When answering a call, background sound level will be decreased.

We will implement the feature.
