Stop the 'End Meeting' button from jumping

At the end of a meeting, there is an 'End Meeting' button and a 'Cancel' button. If the other person in the meeting leaves before I do, the 'Cancel'

button moves to the position where the 'End Meeting' button was so that I often press 'Cancel' when I try to press the 'End Meeting' button. This is frustrating.
