Disable user from creating Free accounts on Consumer Org using company owned email domain

When it comes to consumer org, protecting a WebEx licensed domain against consumer org, it’s not a feature but a product and security defect. Unable to claim domain at this time due to resolution for solutioning so we require Cisco to put a hold on our company owned email domains to block company users from creating Free accounts on the consumer Org. Prompt would be useful to help the user understand that they are creating a Free account outside of their company owned Webex licensing.
