Deactivate the option to access the voice portal when a customer leaves a voice mail.

Customer needs to be able to deactivate the option to go to the voicemail portal after a message is left.

After a customer leaves a voicemail, the ivr offers to send the voicemail, to re-record the voicemail and at the end, it says "press * to access the voice portal".

They want to be able to remove the last option as security precaution even though the portal is protected with a password.

    Thanks for the feedback Basant,

I understand that users need the mailbox number and passcode (PIN) to access the voice portal, however callers can still try to access the voice portal of an user and block it after several attempts, making the user to keep resetting the voicemail PIN to gain access to his voice mail box again, which is not a desirable behavior.

Since the voice portal requires user to key-in mailbox number and passcode (PIN), there is no security risk even if he/she navigates to voice portal at the end of voicemail deposit.
