Reduce number of clicks it takes to join a meeting

  1. Click one - 'Join Meeting' from outlook or webex app

  2. click two - 'Select audio, video options'

  3. click three -select join with the audio/video options

  4. click four - select accept/decline to join meeting.

  5. It gets frustrating with webex especially when you have to jump from calls to calls
