People won't attend meetings when they can't see the agenda in advance. In addition, we typically include links in the agenda that people can refer to later by re-opening the meeting invite. Without links in the email invitation, we have to manually copy-paste the webex details into a separate meeting invitation with all the details. Would love to streamline.

Your agenda section needs work!! Please make the option to add the agenda as a MS Word doc or a PDF. Otherwise, the agenda looks absolutely horrible when added in!

Please please add the option to add an attachment to the meeting invite or include it in the body of the invite. It is useless as is.

Agreed! Why bother entering the agenda when creating the meeting if no one can see it until the day of?

Agenda not visible in meeting invitation. This is not state of the art - please add this feature asap!

Meeting Agenda is not showing to invite. Please resolve this issue or remove the Agenda option from advanced option. Customer are chasing to us.

I didn't even know it wasn't possible to add an agenda to a meeting invite...until I needed to do it. Definitely would streamline the meeting invite process if this was a built-in feature.

I like generally Webex meetings and its functionalities. But on this issue - mildly saying - it is strange for me even to discuss this. As others say an agenda is vital for host and invitees and should be standard to send with an invitation.

Full html capabilities would be amazing.....or even just a way to upload an image would be so so nice.

This would be great - instead of sending a second e-mail seperately.

The Agenda is vital not just for the host but for the invitees to allow thel to prepare for the meeting in advance.

It's annoying we can't add the agenda or update the meeting content. I normally create my meeting invites from Outlook but only using the browser b/c it's the only way I can make pre-assignments for the breakout sessions. So frustrating!!

This makes no sense to include the function if it is not included on the invitation...
