Customers would like to have users enter their name, email, and recording password before accessing the record. so they can have a report with how many users did access the recorded session along with their names and emails

Thank you for filing the request. Can you tell us more about the use case that the customer is looking for here? Is this for viewing a recording, outside of the organization?
