Now we cannot use the Webex meetings template when scheduling a meeting from the Webex app.
We can only use the template when we schedule a meeting on the browser.
Webex app in-app scheduler uses the Scheduled Meeting template from Site (Control Hub) Admin Email Templates.
I am surmising based on your response you are not referring to the Meeting Invitation Templates (aka Admin Email Templates). Instead, you might be referring to the Scheduling Custom Meeting Templates. If so, you are right this only exists today in the Site Scheduler, Webex Scheduler for Microsoft Outlook, and the end-of-development Productivity Tool.
We are looking at adding the ability to specify which features you want to include in the in-app Scheduler in the mid-term (not immediately). What specific settings are you looking at adding to the in-app scheduler? We want to understand the actual use case instead of just adding the same thing to the in-app Scheduler.
We are aware that we want to allow the end-user to select options where previously the only way to get those options was to have a drop-down box for a Session/Meeting Type.
