Hide Extensions from Global Directory

Allow extensions to be hidden in global directory for security purposes. For example, hide Board members, and paging extensions.

We should be able to exclude any number from the directory. There are huntgroups and auto attendants that people don't need to see, removing them will reduce complication. We should also be able to modify or add custom contacts. For example, I don't want to have my superintendents desk phone number listed, but I would like to have their name in the directory listing with the number for their secretary.
