Make local share default for Webex Desk Pro / DX80

When using a DX or a Webex Desk Pro as a screen for your Windows device, going into a call can be very confusing.

Maybe having an option to enable "local screen share" per default when going into a call could improve user experience.

Without this option your screen simply disappears and the video of your called contact appears. In order to get back to your Windows screen you have to press local share from the UI.

    The sharing experience in the Desk Pro is going through a big revamp. Please allow us a couple of months to show the new way we are thinking
