Trigger an email alert like uccx scripting using "emailcontact node" based on the conditions for example : agent logged >0 or <0 to a Specific Skill /Queue.

Feature Parity for Webex Contact Center to UCCX

On UCCX platform, Call flow script uses "Email Contact node" that triggers an email notification to the respective supervisors when the following conditions are met “Call waiting in Queue for an agent assignment. Upon No Agents logged in and available to the Specific CSQ”.
