To select a recording format in Webex is just inconvenient. I have to remember to go to Preferences to select the recording format BEFORE I log into my meeting This is just not ideal.

How about adding the record format option when you click the record button in meeting. For examplke, when I press the record button, format options appear and I select recording format at that time.

OR as I suggested in a previous idea, give us the ability to select the format when we are "scheduling" the meeting (whether we are scheduling on our Webex site or Outlook).
