Please add a pop-up prompt when phone services are disconnected in Webex App.

When public facing lines are disconnected the only warning is at the bottom left of the Webex App. If staff are busy working and don't notice the line is disconnected they can miss important calls.

    some users complained about too many notifications/banners, while others need it. So we will consider adding a user option on this.
