Show presenter view on second monitor

Why are we unable to use PPT presenter view without showing notes or next side to participants? printing notes and looking up and down is not acceptable. It make the presenter look unprepared, when notes feature of PPT is meant to help the presenter give their best presentation. I go to conferences and the projection is my PPT with my laptop screen showing presenter view. THIS SHOULD BE A PRIORITY FOR A NEW FEATURE.
