Emphasize differences between Chat with Panelists and Chat with Participants (like different colors)

As I back up primary trainers in WebEx meetings, and i'm working with other behind-the-scenes trainers in the Panelist chat, we constantly confuse it with Participants as we go back and forth between them. Also, please clarify difference between "Attendees" and "Participants" for new users. Thank you.
