Currently when you share content on the Webex Meetings mobile app the only way other participants can hear both the presenter and the audio of the device they are sharing the content of would be with the Optimize for video > Include Audio
For the most part this feature works as intended, however the volume from the device audio is always on max level from the participant's point of view. The audio of the device is so loud that it overpowers the microphone of the presenter leaving the impression that there is just the video's audio on. The only chance a presenter has is to speak loudly and very close to their device's microphone.
If the presenter tries to adjust the volume level on their mobile devices it just lowers the volume for them. The participants hear the audio of the device maxed out.
If a participant chooses to lower their volume, however this would lower the volume of coming from the microphone of the presenter as well.

The customer would like to have soft music playing at the background while they are presenting. They would like to have the ability to comment on the video that's playing without having to speak too close to the microphone or stopping the video. Currently this seems impossible.
