On a Webinar default email option is to email all attendees and co-hosts. Can we set the default as "Do not send"

On a Webinar the default email option is to email all attendees and co-hosts. This is found in multiple places on the scheduling portal and co-hosts are always sent it with no option not to send. As customer manage events on an internal application they do not want these Cisco generated emails sent out.
Is it possible to set the default as "Do not send” by this feature request.
