Currently webex events classic has the option to disable the icalendar attachment during scheduling on the webex site.

When scheduling a classic event users will receive the webex invitations in Outlook bsaed on the host account who scheduled the event and not as a group mailbox. An event is normally scheduled by a group of people and not a single person.

By disabling the icalendar attachment the invitation will be received from the email address and name configured in the email templates under FROM and Reply to.

Webex Events (modern) aka Webex Webinar is missing this option and this is to request this enhancement to remove the icalendar/ics attachment
