Breakout sessions features

Please add the following:

1) ability to delete a single breakout session

2) ability to modify the order the breakout sessions are showing in the partecipants' panel

3) add to the notification options a flag to receive a bip when someone in a breakout session is asking for assistance

    ability to add/close breakout rooms while the session is open. Currently, we are creating 20 breakout rooms, just in case.
