Webex calling product, using send copy to voicemail when customer read this voicemail through the email, it can turn on the notification in the IP phones and softclients

Per customer comments, this used to work on UCM environment, customer currently has the option to send a copy of each voicemail to email for each of our users, when they read the voiemail through the email it does not mark the voicemails as read and turning off the red voicemail lights on the ip phones as well as removing the notifications within the webex app.
