make the screen smaller when sharing ( screen one - files - pdf) and the meeting options have to be visible

when customers share their screen they want it to be smaller not in a full-screen layout and the meeting options ( file - share - audio/video - view-edit - participant- meeting - breakout sessions - help ) are still visible when sharing the screen
