Webex calling product, conference behavior

webex calling user (user A) is calling to different users (can be internal or externals) and Webex calling is merging the call in a conference between 3 parties, call is working as expected. when the user A is dropping the call, it will drop the calls to the other 2 users, customer wants to have the conference between external parties even though webex calling user is not currently in the call.

Conference persistence with originator dropping should be functional on any ad-hoc bridge regardless of participant count or participating endpoint (Calling user vs external PSTN).

Healthcare customer that is leveraging WxC and WxCC agent answers call, then agent click on consult and calls an 800 number to get an interpreter. then when the agent understands where the customer needs to go. Agent then put the conference on hold and calls a nurse and let them know that a call is coming their way and then hang up with the nurse, then go back to conference and press transfer and send the call to the nurses extension. Conference is disconnected

Ideally, have a global option to enable or disable this feature, but some customers definitely want conferences to stay active if the originator drops out (for example, an medical advisor on a call with a customer who needs to conference in one or two specialists, and then drop out) This was easy on the old UCM based solution
