Once attendee can't join the meeting as network issue or something else,please let the host know this.Or host can refresh the meeting to confirm this will be better.As sometimes host allow attendee to join the meeting but as the network issue attendee didn't get the approval and still waiting for this.For the host, he had seen the attendee's name in the attendee' name list.
