Add support for popups for Embedded Webex Apps to be used to login.

Currently Embedded Webex Apps might require authentication like using OAUTH code type. This feature works fine on desktop apps or in a browser, but it doesn't work on mobile devices because by default webView are disabling popup support.

Therefore, we need popup support to be implemented on mobile Webex apps to have a similar experience between Desktop and mobile applications.
