Disabeling the optin for "last active since X minutes/hours in Webex app.

The customer was asking to be able to disable the option for "last active since X minutes/hours in the Webex app for the users. But not to disable the whole presence state for the users as mentioned in the article (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nkzs6wl/Webex-App-|-Stop-Sharing-Your-Status)

    Your Webex account representative/CSM can request that 'last active since' be changed to Away


    In the future, this will be need to be configurable in Control Hub
