feature meeting on WebEx calendar

Customer want to be able to see the feature meetings on WebEx calendar for more than one month

In the Webex Application for Windows:
You can add the scheduled meeting for more than 1 month in the future, but then cannot edit the meeting, since the calendar only displays 1 month.
In order to change the meeting you need to login to the Webex Website.
However on the website you cannot add any people, just remove or delete the meeting itself.

This all seems very silly.
I would rather not be able to plan more than 1 month in the future in the Webex Application for Windows, than have this.
