User permission to accept external user communications

It would be useful to give the ability for end users to accept communications from external users.

Like most other chat apps, if someone that is not a member of the same organisation or not a trusted party, the user should be offer an "accept/reject" option when someone tries to add them to a space.

I think for security/privacy reasons this would be a good addition.
