Currently, the display name appears on the phone screen. Selecting the 'User phone number / location number' will display the user’s phone number, or if a user doesn’t have a phone number, the location number will be displayed.
The customer would like to have the option to change that display name to match the Caller ID when there is only an extension assigned and no phone number.
