The use case is for training new employees. Pre-COVID, a new employee would shadow a more senior employee by sitting with them at their workstation and using a Y cable to connect their headsets so the new employee could see and hear a phone call with a customer. With much of our work force now working remote, we've had to move to using Webex to allow the two employees to work live together. Our agents use 2 screens to manage all of the applications needed, so the agent that is shadowing is not able to see what is going on on the 2nd screen. This would be an important feature to add given the new way that we are all working.
