Enterprise-approved Virtual Backgrounds Merged

Would be great to be able to disable the ability for users to upload any image for their virtual background but still have the ability as admins to upload a selection of approved virtual backgrounds for use.

    Being an enterprise solution this seems like an easy requirement, similar to the way avatars can be restricted and set.
