I would also advocate for being able to upload a replacement with edits. Our organization often uses a 3rd party vendor who specialize in creating and editing these transcripts. It is important that we comply with statutory requirements around accessibility so this is a critical need for us. Currently we are resorting to moving the recording to other platforms because of this but would much prefer to retain some of the features we get when the recording remains in the Cisco cloud.

You can already edit lines within the transcript itself; would that work?

I see that one can open an event for individual or crowdsourced edits (https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/7l12j7/View,-search,-and-edit-Webex-recording-transcripts); I am proposing allowing a download of the full transcript and uploading a replacement with edits.
