When the customer receive call he is able to see the number and the name ,however when he answer the call he can see only the name without the number. Customer want to have the number displayed after the call is answered like in Jabber calls.
Plus, users should not lose functionality when they migrate from Jabber to Webex App client.

This is a basic phone functionality expectation and large inconvenience. I hope Cisco add this functionality soon.
