Have the Webex App Pop-up window be a docked

Have the Webex App Pop-up window be a docked window or remember it's position.

When controlling the phone with Webex the windows that pops-up is never in the same spot and seems to be always in the way. Obviously this window is useful when sharing your screen or other phone control.
It would be nice to have this as a docked window like Jabber has with the capability to undock it when needed. But most of all have it remember where it was last.
