Locating & Deleting Scheduled Report Jobs

My customer has scheduled and attempted to locate them and delete them from running. TAC has informed us that we are not currently able to located the jobs ourselves and delete/terminate them. Customer would like that functionality. Every time a customer wants to change/delete a scheduled job, a TAC case is required to achieve this task.
