Remove leading alphanumeric string from report downloads

Reports downloaded from control hub are automatically assigned an alphanumeric string which is placed at the front of the file name. This directly interferes with the ability to process cleanly using macros, scripts, etc. If the ID is required, please move it inside the file as a header.
