Remove "Schedule" button in Webex App for Attendee Only accounts

Currently when a user is licensed for an Attendee Only Webex Meetings account they are still presented with the schedule button. It's not until they click to schedule that it validates they do no have an active Host account. This can cause confusion as customers migrate from the WDA to Webex App with attendee only accounts
