Customers would like to have a single setting to turn off all notifications on the webex app.

For example, when a user is sharing the screen, the user cannot predict which person will send him a message, so it is impossible to set a separate mute notification for everyone in the contact.

@Junbo thank you for your feedback! We will be working on a "turn off all notification" feature.
