In cases where a main DID is associated with the hunt group or an AA; ability for authorized user/s to call in and forward the main line from their desk phone. Use case would be if they leave early for the day or have an all hands meeting, etc. Something outside of the set time schedule in the selective forwarding we can set in WCH.
This feature is available for admin using Control Hub.

This is do-able from Self Service Portal with a Directory Number and CF Unregistered to an isolated CSS and Partition containing the Hunt Pilot.
Activating Forward All to another number from SSP will override the routing to the Hunt Pilot.
